I've literally been hopping from one end of town to d other....
Thank The Lord this morning started out with lots and lots of cawfee!!!!! LOL
As I was hopped up on d bean since early morning and going strong all day.... :-)
Please note: I'm not recommending this much ((((CAWFEE))))) to anyone, and trust me...I'm like the energizer bunny to say d least ;)
I have plenty of natural zip...prior to any caffeinated beverages :-/
So, the mix is a wicked one....I'm like trying to find the remote and power (me) off as I type....
And, as I sit here in a quiet location....trying to escape the days events....
I'll rewind briefly and fill ya in....
After an interesting day....
I had plans to be somewhere at 6:00 sharp....so as planned I kept to my schedule and proceeded to my destination....
Okay.....
Slight change of plans.....

It's all good, since I looked d part I decided to ((((BLAST)))) d music!!!!!!!!
And Power Jam in d car!!!!!
So, from one end of town all the way to the other.... :-)
I've incorporated some advanced moves ladies (giggle, giggle) real good for d butt and thighs....who'd figure from your car....(butt) safety first always!! LOL pun intended giggle, giggle (hehehe) "wink"
Phew!!! What a work out!!!!! LOL
Seriously ya gotta try it!!!! And who cares that the people driving past ya think your crazy...do (we) really care what they think? Of course we don't.... :-p Our butt and thighs don't....and that bikini in our drawer doesn't....it's saying (POWER JAM)

Plus in your travels you always get the friendliest of friendlies, all the "supportive" motorist, all the other "crazies" they can relate!!! They wave, they smile and they beep beep...just the extra boost you need "ladies" to keep on (Power Jamming) LOL....and keep you "keeping on!!!" :-)
If your like me, your time is valuable and limited....so you have to utilize every minute!!! Make time to exercise, so if its in d car...so be it!!!! Every minute counts, you gotta use it or you'll lose it... :-)
Just remember whether its winter, spring, summer or fall....when you faithfully "POWER JAM" ladies you will be able to bare it all!!!! (Well not all) "Wink" Any-who that's d long term goal....❤
Old, young, big or small...."WE" can tone it all!!!! "Wink"
Any-who, the keyboard monster is out of control do to the over caffeinated levels in d body, and the adrenalin rush from Power Jamming....
So, with that being said....
